In accordance to the article L.122-5 the Intellectual Property code, does not allow; on the one hand “copies or reproductions are strictly reserved for private use by copyists and are not destined for collective use”, on the other hand “subject to being clearly indicated the authors name an the source, analysis and short citations justified by criticality, controversy, educational, scientific or information on the work to which they are incorporated”.
